Account Linking (Steam, Epic Games, PSN, Xbox)

Account linking allows you to access your main Predecessor account across multiple platforms, enabling cross-progression on all supported platforms of your choosing.

Only one of your Predecessor profiles across all supported first-party platforms (e.g. Epic, PSN, Steam, Xbox) can serve as your main Predecessor profile and link to external accounts. Please think carefully about which profile you intend to use, as it is not possible to merge unlocked content or purchases made across platforms.

Please carefully decide which account you want to serve as your main account.

It should be the one with the most unlocked content and the most purchases - progress from accounts other than the main one will not be available.

How to link your accounts?

Start Linking

1. Visit the account linking page. You’ll see a list of sign-in options.

2. Log in with the first-party account (e.g., Epic, PSN, etc.) that you want to designate as your main Predecessor account. Please mind that you can't link into accounts that already have been linked to Discord and Twitch - they need to be unlinked first.

3. You’ll be redirected to the respective platform’s login page.

4. Once logged in, navigate to the “Linked Accounts” option at the top-right of the screen.

5. You’ll see the range of external accounts available for linking. Select the one you wish to link.

6. Complete the Process. You’ll be redirected to the native website to finish linking.

Important!

• Each account can only be linked to one main Predecessor account.
• Choose carefully! Only Player Support can reverse account linking.

Troubleshooting

"I've linked my account and lost all my progress and unlocks!"

• This likely happened because you selected the account with less progress as your main account.
• Please open a support request to unlink and relink your accounts in the desired configuration.

"I've accidentally linked the wrong account!"

• Contact Player Support to unlink the incorrect account for you.

"I can’t link an account!"

• This is most likely because the account is already linked to another Predecessor profile. Please check if you're not attempting to link an already linked account.
• Linking won't be possible if you have never logged into the game - please ensure you've logged into main menu at least once on your secondary account.
