What Are the Bug/Glitch Reporting guidelines?

Last update: 2026-05-14

First of all, thank you, it’s people like you that help make our game a better experience for everyone!

How to best submit a bug/glitch report?

• A visual will help tremendously with bug identification. If you can, please include at least a screenshot, or better yet, a short video clip, preferably in a link form.
• Did something weird happen before the bug occurred? Let us know!
• Does the bug appear always in the same place or under the same circumstances? Tell us!
• Did the bug affect your game client (caused a crash or a disconnection?) If so, please include relevant game logs!
